"CHAOS AT WORK" choreographed by LO KING SAN 2019

emotion-driven movements:
a pathway to the authentic self

JOURNEY OF SELF-DISCOVERY

from void to light

KINGSAN applies the same philosophy of movement not only in his choreography but also in his everyday life. This has been a powerful tool for transforming his inner turbulence and achieving a harmonious state of mind, which is later reflected in the fluidity of his movements.

This philosophy serves as inspiration for his latest choreography, "INTO THE VOID (2023)." As it offers audiences a journey to experience the nuances of their inner landscapes, it provides a parallel journey for the performers. During the research process, performers are challenged to synchronize their thoughts (mind), emotions (heart), and movements (body). They are grateful for delving deeply into this process, as it has led to improvements in the authenticity, delicacy, and richness of nuance in their movement qualities.
